The Bible says that God is not a man that he should lie. He has no reason not to be trusted. He is faithful and true, ever loving. He love you and would never harm anyone who relies on him.
Read the Bible. Pray. Try him, have faith. If you sincerely believe in him he will lead you and guide you. He said I will never leave you or forsake you. He loves you more than you can ever understand. Someone who truly loves you can always be trusted.

You must first realize that issues of any kind is a personal choice. Learn to let go of these issues. Establish a new way in life in how you see things. Learn to believe in things. The more you believe, the more faith you have. The more faith you gain, the more you will trust your inner instincts, and learn to trust God. It will happen sooner or later. Waiting till the end is just a waste, but many only realize this before they die. But why wait for joy when there is so much joy in faith and it could make for a much better life from this point onward...

Trust is the first stage in the evolution of faith in man. If the heart is open, trust is allowed in. Trust will grow and the signs will be made evident to the soul that has allowed the heart to open.
It has been talked about for thousands of years. It has been discussed and debated, albeit the surrender of ones heart is the means to going beyond trust. It is a difficult task, no doubt,
but it is mans next hurdle he must conquer in the evolution of spirituality.

It takes time. God has to heal you of the things that caused the distrust in the first place. But ultimately it comes down to choice. You have to choose to believe and trust God by faith. And the more you know what the Word of God says, the more you can stand on that instead of on unbelief and doubt.

So faith comes from what is heard, and what is heard comes through the message about Christ.
Romans 10:17
YWAM has a great series of Missionary Biographies called CHRISTIAN HEROES: THEN & NOW that show God's faithfulness. The example of these men and women can be a great encouragement.

And from far away the Lord appeared to his people and said "I love you people with a love that will last forever.'" Jeremiah 31:3. This is just one of many verses that proves God's love for us. Read the word, go to church, pray and ask Jesus into your heart, and you will begin to trust. The closer you grow in your relationship with Christ the stronger your faith will grow.

A fact of life is that people will disappoint you. People will fail you. But don't allow human shortcomings to distort the love that Jesus has for you. The promises of God are for the children of God. One of my absolute favorite promises is Isaiah 43:1-2. " BUT NOW thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by name. When thou passeth through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee; when thou walkest through the fire, thou shall not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee." There's no better friend than Jesus!

Keep reading, learning, and thinking about things until you have a new order at hand, and then take a leap of faith. You will never look back.
