its a medical field..so the most likely one would be biology..i'm not sure what kind of student you are..but many courses in chemistry and human anatomy would be recommended...check specific medical school requirements to see which classes are required for admission...

first of all u have to get through ur MBBS
next u have to get through entrance exam and do post graduation in paediatrics i.e MD
next u have to again get through another entrance exam and do super specialisation in NEONATOLOGY i.e DM

jokes apart,sequence will be medicine+pediatrics+neonatalogy.
ofcourse you don't need any qualification for pre-natalogy activities.
