Yes. The gospel is in the Bible. Read the first four books of the New Testament: Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. All 4 books are gospels.
Also I think Romans is a mini gospel too. Read Chapters 1 - 5.

Yes, you do sound ever so confused. The New Testament of the Bible contains four Gospels...John, Luke, Mark and Matthew. They are the accounts taken from the followers of these Disciples of Jesus, and are the lessons that Jesus taught. Churches offer readings from the Gospels at Sunday services.

The Gospel in the bible is translated to The "Good News". So, what's the good news? That we have all broken God's laws, knowingly and/or unknowingly, we are guilty before Him, and there is punishment involved UNLESS someone can pay the fine. Jesus came in and paid that fine for you, all you have to do is accept it, show your appreciation to Him for doing what He did by repenting for breaking His laws and put your trust in Him. Remember, when you repent, it means to turn from your sin. Not just be sorry for it, but stop doing it. Also, remember that there is a difference between struggling with your sin and living in it. If you're struggling with it, you're ok. If you're just diving in and swimming in your sin cuz you enjoy it so much. Not ok. OK?
That's the good news. We deserve punishment, but we're not gonna get it if we accept Jesus' payment for our transgressions.

I don't know what you're talking about. There are four gospels according to Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Each being about the life, death and resurrection of Christ.

The gospel has four parts.
1. Man is a sinner.
2. Jesus Christ is the Savior.
3. Jesus suffered and died to pay the penalty for our sin.
4. Jesus rose from the dead.

There are actually four gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke and John), ostensibly written by Christ's disciples. However, the gospels were handed down orally for several decades - or centuries - before they were committed to paper.
If that isn't enough reason to regard them with suspicion I don't know what is! What's funny is seeing how many Christian posters here think the gospels are about love or forgiveness or whatever. Guess you can't even trust Christians to know about their own religion!

Don't listen to some stupid preacher trying to make the Word of God hard to understand, when it is simply. You don't need to know everything, all that is required is to belive what God has said. That He,almighty God,not us,has accepted Jesus Christ as the perfect sacrifie, for our sins. And that he has raised Him from the dead. If you belive that you are saved, period. Not beliving what God has said was the first sin. That is why faith In God is the only way back to God. It is so simple, all you have to do is belive what God says is true. That we are sinners, with no chance of redeption, apart from Jesus.

Now brothers, I want to clarify for you the gospel I proclaimed to you; you received it and have taken your stand on it. You are also saved by it, if you hold to the message I proclaimed to you—unless you believed to no purpose. For I passed on to you as most important what I also received:
that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures,
that He was buried,
that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures,
and that He appeared to Cephas, then to the Twelve.
Then He appeared to over 500 brothers at one time, most of whom remain to the present, but some have fallen asleep.
Then He appeared to James, then to all the apostles.
Last of all, as to one abnormally born, He also appeared to me.

The gospel in a way is the whole of the Bible..
THe seeds of the gospel were sown in the book of Genesis ( the seed of the woman will crush the head of the serpent .. the tree of Life) and throughout the whole of the old testament we see " types" ( the lamb slain in Genesis... the Smitten rock in exodos.. the brass serpent raised up in the wilderness...etc) of God's salvation..
In the New testament we have the development of these seeds through the live and living of this " seed of the woman' The Lord Jesus Christ...
In the garden we see the fall of man where he ate of the fruit of the tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil and three things happened to him..
1 Body became the Flesh
2 His Soul became the Self
3 His spirit became deadened and lost its ability to communicate with God and because man did not eat of the tree of life the eternal life he would have received in his spirit never happened.. until....)
Untill the Lord Jesus.. who was a " type " of the tree of life in Genesis became a man
He was Incarnated.. Lived a perfect God-Man life... Died on the cross.... Was resurrected to become the Life Giving Spirit (1 Cor 15-45 " the last Adam became a Life Giving Spirit)... He tarried on the earth for 40 days teaching the disciples His invisible presence.. since they only knew Him as flesh and Blood.. then He ascended and was enthrone and glorified .. He sits at the Right hand of the Father interceeding and praying for us..He is our Mediator .. our Heavenly Shepherd... and High Priest ...
So my dear.. This Lord who died lives in us when we believe into Him and are born again by the Spirit of God.
Regenerates us in our spirit as the STARTING POINT
Day by day we feed on the word to be norished to grow
He is in our spirit and we need to feed by reading the word.. drink of Him as the Spirit through prayer...
He transforms us by working OUTWARDLY and spreading His life from our spirit INTO our souls .... renewing our mind... making our emotions love him.. and empowering our will to choose and stand for His PERFECT WILL
This is our salvation...Where day by day he is presenting Himself to us as the tree Of Life to be partaken of In spirit. To drink of Him as the fountain of Living waters.. to satisfy us..
When we call upon His name we are saved ..not just initially but he saves us from ourselves.. from the flesh.. from the old man... the natural man... from satan .. "they that call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.."
May we keep on breathing the Lord's name by calling upon Him ....
Eat.. Drink.. Breathe...
G R O W
and exercise your spirit in whatever gift the Lord has given you FOR the Body's growth..
So the Lord has not just saved us for our own selves. He saved us for something bigger.. This gospel is for something.. THe BUilding up of the Body of CHrist.. the Church.. His Bride.. so that He can have a way to Come Back and bring her unto Himself.. He will take care of all the world situations.. but this is whats on His heart..
He saved us unto Himself for His Glory and for His and Our satisfaction forever amen
