Neosporin usually has pain meds in it too- check the label, but I don't know how you can put a bandaid on a pomeranian. You'd have to wrap a bandage around her waist, but then she'll probably just mess with it even more.
If you have one of those elizabethan collars, put that on her so she can't lick it or scratch it anymore. I would trim the hair around it bc that's probably irritating it some.

If she is hurting and biting at you, you should not be trying to put any meds on it, but get her to the vet asap, if it is a ruptured anal gland or an infection the vet will be able to help her.
Poor doggy, I have a Pom too, and she is a doll.

considered a number of those injuries the place I artwork, at a vets and heard of plenty worse. i haven't considered plenty worse then splinters and areas of sticks caught interior the mouth/gums/style bud/enamel yet from time to time the bleeding can seem undesirable. I even have heard of canines that have had to have considerable surgical treatment while sticks pierce the wind pipe or nutrition pipe or they run on a stick that has landed end-on interior the floor and the stick stabs the canine interior the chest/neck. there's a threat while employing any toy including your canine and injuries are in basic terms that. i does not inevitably propose no longer throwing sticks yet there are extra secure toys which could replace sticks.

DON'T put any human ointment on her that she can lick off. It will cause her more damage than she has now.
If she is in that much pain I would call my Vet tonight and ask him about it. He can tell you what to do until morning when you can get her in to see him. If she is yelling and it is that painful, call him now. He could tell you to give her a cool bath and an aspirin or something for the pain. If you describe it to him, he might know what it is now.

Try to keep her from licking it, since this will make it even more raw. Try to keep her comfortable (but not licking/touching) the spot, and get her an appt. as soon as you can.
Good luck.

It sounds like she has a ruptured anal gland. You need to get her to the vet asap there is nothing that is going to take away the pain until she gets there!!! they will probably give her some antibiotics and fix the anal gland under anesthesia

Well, my dog had the same thing. We weren't sure what it was so we brought him to the vet. She gave us this one medicine and it cleared it up. Turns out that it was his allergies bugging him and the medicine was basically benadril.(sp!?)
