shes never kissed some one on the lips before but weve kissed on the cheeks and head and stuff like that . were goin out . shes told her best friend shes wanted to kiss me on the lips . whats the best way thats like remebered and can't really be skrewed up and what makes up a good kiss ?

practice on your arm first!!
very gentle, soft, lil wet (no dry lips, give your lips a quick lick first )
kiss and hold for a few seconds and pull away and make a nice comment like "your beautiful"
Although remeber its all about the scenery, mood and lead up to it. You want it to be special not just a random kiss from no where!!

Okay from somebody who ISN'T retarded or 12 years old:
When you're alone and it gets quiet, touch her chin and look into her eyes. If she parts her lips slightly, she's ready to be kissed. DON'T ask for permission: just kiss her. Don't slip her the tongue unless she does first.

I would say that it is not the actual kiss, its the buildup to the kiss. I would recommend touching her arms, cuddling with her, taking your time. Girls don't just get turned on like a lightbulb. We have to warm up first. If you take your time and set the mood, she won't forget the kiss. . .
