Loose weight the easy way
Lets start with a million squats, crunches, pushups. That is if you want to beat yourself up.
If you wish you could loose weight the easy way. Go to the store (wally world) and get the CD called {In Harmony with the Sea}. Put it on your CD player but don't turn it on yet. Now turn off all motors(fans, coolers, mixers, what ever that makes noise,Televisions/radios, lights). Now turn on a lamp in the far corner behind you that has a 7 watt bulb in it. Get in to some loose clothing. No belts or strings or undergarments that apply pressure. Now turn on the CD very low (just to where you can hear it) and sit down on the carpeted floor. Cross your legs and clasp your hands and place them across your ankles. Close your eyes and hear the music. Now Visialize going to a very beautiful place ( where no one else is except the birds and the breeze and you, now see the grass waving with the breeze) now see yourself as you want to be slim and trim and very beautiful. Tell yourself what you want to look like and you want to feel very, very good, wonderful with all this weight gone. Tell yourself how beautiful, wonderful, loving you are. This will take several weeks at three or four times a day. First you must believe in yourself and adjust your food intake to match what your body needs, NOT WANT. Most of the time this will happen without your help. You will end up being the most beautiful person you have ever seen. When you look in the mirrow you will wonder who that person is that you are looking at. By the way you will need to fall in love with yourself. After all you are the most important, beautiful, wonderful, loving, happy, caring person in the World. This is inportant.

your doing great so far! but i suggest going for walks or to the gym and get lots of exercise. it will seem to come off slowly with different eating habbits but the more exercise and dieting you do the faster you will lose weight.

Good start. It will come off, fast at first, but then slowly as your body adjusts.

It depends. If you are still eating just as many calories, you will not lose weight. But you probably will be just as full on half the calories.
