I will be doing the add on the City stated that they needed Blue print of the addition who do I contact for this , Thank You all ..

If you are doing all the work yourself (without a contractor) you need to find a CAD draftsman (computer assisted drafting) who will prepare the CAD plans (very few are actually "blueprints" any more); they should be in the yellow pages or you can ask around some one in the building industry--many CAD operators are independent contractors. If you are using a contractor for your add-on, they should be doing the plans.

I would start out by asking several local contractors to come and view you addition ideas. Make sure their licensed in your state, these folks will then develop a plan or blueprint for the improvements in order to give you a bid on the project.

Most building departments are looking for blueprints and engineering drawn up an architect.
