Like many parts of the wonderful human body, the uvula size is individual. Size will not matter unless you have a problem, breathing, swallowing, or snoring.

I am a doc and I have seen uvulas that hang down all the way to "kiss" the tongue. Strange but true...... if your uvula is long, you are not alone!

Mine gets long when I have a sore throat, am sick, and when I used to smoke too much. it felt like I had something stuck in my throat and drove me nuts! Quitting smoking really helped.....
