yes mostly it depends on how many years you have been with the addictions. Most likely it will take a couple times to totally rid yourself of it. A good detox is the master cleanse, also some times referred to as the Lemonade diet.

Personally, I find that when I really pay close attention to my diet, and eat nothing but unprocessed foods like fruits, veggies, chicken breasts and cut out any kind of junk food, crackers, most breads, and refined sugars, I stop craving them. It takes me about two weeks. Couple that with at least 30 mins of exercise PER DAY and you'll feel great and look vibrant.

Actually, I find I start craving all the fruits and veggies after a few weeks, and once I get on that kick, I have more energy than I know what to do with.

you dont necessarily need to detox your body - all it takes is 3 days to get rid of any food cravings - you just have to be strong and not give in.
