It will cause a great deal of tension between the developed countries and the developing countries.

The developed countries will be expected to make severe cutbacks in their production of Greenhouse Gases. This will impose substantal costs and sacrifices on their populations.

The costs and sacrifices reuired will be more than many countries are able to manage politically.

The developing countries will be exempt from the restrictions on the production of greenhouse gases. This will cause a great deal of jealousy and hostility between the countries in the developed world and the developing world.

Maintaining the political will in the developed countries to sacrifice, so that the developing countries can continue their production of greenhouse gases will prove to be almost impossible to maintain for any period of time.

I'm not a political person at all and it's a subject I know very little about. I can however tell you about global warming and how the different countries around the world are reacting.

There is a worldwide agreement that global warming is a serious threat and this is acknowledged by every government on the planet. At the moment most talk is about each country tackling global warming on it's own terms but coming under the umbrella of the UN. The apporoach is pretty much the same as with famine, poverty, defense etc - there's a UN umbrella but each country is accorded it's own freedoms.

What we are seeing, and have been seeing for some time, is an alienation of the US by many people due to it's lack of committment. Bush has forstalled on any action, maybe when there's a new president in 18 months things may change.

As for globalisation, this has been talked about for decades and if anything, the prospects seem more remote now then they have for a long time. I seriously don't think global warming is going to have a part to play in any New World Order - not for a long time at least.

check www.infowars ,on what the Americans think of the NWO,check what it says about the mark of the beast ,

Global warming ,Natural disasters War, all resulting in the deaths of millions is what they hope for ,And the climate is being created for a Global nuclear war.

It will affect it in whatever way that the climate and weather responds. If it cools it will be due to global warming. If it is windy it will be because of global warming. If it snows it will be because of global warming. If it doesn't snow it will be because of global warming. If you rip your underwear it will be the fault of global warming. Have you not noticed this pattern already?

In 10 years, not too much, you'll see corporatism continue to creep into democratic systems and do various bad things, until fuel prices become more than inconvenient or there is a significant weather related event.

Fuel prices will increase as we run out of oil but also as a result of having to use more energy to compensate for the effects of global warming, more A/C in the summer, more fuel and water used for parched land for crops and fuel used to transport crops more distant places as agricultural patterns change, although we will use less fuel to heat our homes, the A/C usage will just offset that savings.

The answer depends on if the trend of people learning that global warming is farce continues to climb, or if the trend starts to go the other way. So far it seams to be inhibiting the movement. Lets hope it keeps going that way.

Not at all if people around the globe do something about it. Global warming is preventable.... Reduce CO2 Emissions... and offset what you cant' reduce. There are a lot of legitimate NON-PROFIT carbon offsetters out there, like CO2Debt.com
Many of them get overlooked by bigger FOR profit ones with huge advertising budgets trying to make a buck off the panic. I urge everyone to do their homework and offset what they can't reduce.

In the next ten years? It won't make any difference at all. Too short a time frame.

They will just realize how stupid they are. The government is just trying to make everyone believe how global warming is not real and denying it when it's happening right there in front of their face.
