If you aren't feeling well get it checked out there are so many illnesses that will cause fatigue. If you are just sleepy maybe you aren't sleeping enough or walking up during the night.

You may be lacking Iron in your blood. If you don't have enough Iron, you won't absorb enough oxigen and that makes you tired. This is more common in girls than boys. Take Iron pills , and also consult with a doctor.

It could mean many different things. If could mean that your blood sugar is too high, which is really only a problem if you have a history of diabetes in your family.
