Ok so I'm 14 years old , 5'4 - 5'5, and my weight varies from 115-119. I'm one of those people who love to eat. I'm like a person who eats when their hungry and when their not and my family and I always bake cakes and stuff like that so I always eat tons of junk food like cookies, cake, ice cream, ect. I don't drink soda pop which i guess is a plus. I do run/jog for an hour a day, then i do some situps but nothin really else unless you consider me walking around the house and sometimes around my apt. complex excercising. But now that summer is here i really really want to lose weight and keep it off. I really really want to lose my thighs, it's like the worst part of my body ever! Please give me any advice you have. I'm desperate!!! Thanks in advance!

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

your weight is fine. if you eat a lot of junk, you probably need to just eat more fruits and veggies. you can lift weights to tone up and have muscle definition.
