cardio is the only fat burning exercise - it burns fat all over your body - you cant spot reduce body fat - do it 4-6 times a week for 30-50min and combine with light weight training because cardio burns both - fat and muscle (more muscle=faster metabolism)

Try this exercise it will help you. Lie flat on the floor arms at your side. Lift your head slightly, while raising your feet approximately 60 degrees angle. Go back to normal position, and then repeat it several times. You feel your belly is aching, but bthats normal. If you can do it many times as long as you can.

Also, jogging for an hour every morning before work will be fine for the first week, maybe the second but the human body is pretty damn lazy so you've gotta vary your routine a little :)

DO DEEP RHYHMIC BREATHING ENSURING INVOLVEMENT OF THE DIAPHRAGM - THIS IS CALLED PRANAYAM. IN CASE YOU NEED MORE DETAILS WRITE TO ME ON srikant_bhave@yahoo.com
THE BEST HOME EXCERCISE IS STATIONARY JOGGING WHICH MEANS THAT YOU REALLY DO NOT ACTUALLY BUT LIMBS WILL MOVE AS IF YOUN ARE RUNNING.

liquid diet.
any liquid. No special shakes or anything. Just liquids. And that includes soup. That doesn't mean you can stick doughnuts in the blender. Anything that was a liquid when purchased at the store. I lost 10lbs. in 2 weeks!
