Perhaps your brother's "stomachache" is more than a minor digestive issue. He could have anything from an bowel impaction to a bleeding ulcer to appendicitis. You may want to consider encouraging your mother to take him to the doctor for a complete evaluation.

He needs to go see the doc now. He might have appendicitis. Have someone take him to the emergency room right away.
