Last night i dreamt i was running, running as fast as i could towards the screams of my younger sister. I had a big suitcase with me which i threw down the stairs at a station as i was running towards my sis- i thought it would be qicker to throw it than to carry it- couldnt understand why i couldnt just leave it. I knew something terrible was goin to happen. As i reached my sister i was too late- she told me my mother was already dead. She said my dad was the cause. The next thing i knew i went into shock and i couldnt breath- it felt kike i was goin to die there myself- followin that i woke feeling breathless and feeling the emotion i felt in my dream. what does this mean???

The people who populate our dreams, for the most part, are really emotional collages or collections molded into a 'person' that we can interact with.
Father's can mean fathers, authority figures, or just men in general in one's life. It's even possible to have a single 'dream' person represent different people at different parts of the dream, which is why their personality can shift to accomodate the new 'issue'.
The suitcase seems to represent something you are holding onto, some kind of emotional baggage that is weighing you down. The sister represents confidentiality or closeness but from someone outside of ourselves, someone who can confirm our own feelings. You felt something bad was going to happen but it was your 'sister' who confirmed what it was.
The fact that it was your sister who gave you the details suggests that there is something you know that needs to be done but are unwilling to admit it to yourself, except in your dream and except by someone you 'trust'. Killing in a dream can represent any number of different things: stress, issues of trust, issues of insecurity, issues of inadequacy (not being able to prevent the tragedy at the time) etc etc etc.
The fact that you felt like you were going to die yourself suggests that the 'mom' in the dreams was really some part of you that the 'dad' killed. Just like you couldn't leave the suitcase behind, just like you knew something terrible was going to happen but didn't know what/couldn't admit to it, so too did the 'bad' thing happen to someone else.
Our minds can also 'kill' off other people in our dreams in order to deflect the 'stress' from ourselves. Since its possible we might not be able to handle the 'death' (whatever it represents) our minds give us someone else to take the bullet for us, so that we can survive emotionally and hopefully learn from it.
When you understand what the 'dad' figure represents (someone/something of power, someone/something that is threatening you, or making you feel threatened) then you will be able to understand why there is 'killing' going on. I would also suggest that the suitcase is a part of the 'baggage' that the 'dad' gave you, which is why you felt you had to hold onto it and why you couldn't get to your 'mom' in time, since you had so much trouble bringing it with you, which slowed you down.

I had a dream recently that I was over this river on a sort of platform thingy within a tunnel. I dropped a toy through a grill in the platform and couldn't get it back as the platform prevented me and it were lost.
Next day parents had this silly big row and issues of divorce came up. Sister cried etc. It all fizzled out and came to nothing was a misinterpretation - and hope nothing more happens, they seem ok now, but it was interesting I had that dream before the event.
I had another in the week that represented something else, but forgotten now...
So maybe there is tension your subconscious has picked up on and you haven't?

worried your parents are going to end their relationship?
Or are you entering a new phase of your life that you have to put to an end the old things and do a new thing but are yet scared of it?
The suitcase is significant, you are carrying things that are useless anymore. Let it all go.
You feel responsibility toward your sister yet you have to deal with your own issues.
It's a normal dream.

in case you ought to get onto yahoo to broadcast it and ask what you ought to do, you're in for one hell of a coarse adulthood. What do you think of you ought to do? Did he attempt to attack her? became it self protection? If it is definitely happening, you ought to understand that at present, there isn't any getting away with it. His family members will strengthen suspicious and at last your mom would be found out. A neighbor would have heard. Any style of issues can scream "homicide" to investigators. the final ingredient to do is for her to pass to the police station and change herself in. Be truthful approximately it...they are no longer out to throw women human beings interior the slammer for doing it if it became self protection, so don't get all Thelma and Louiseish.....And if I basically wrote this for no reason in any respect, thank you lots.

As far as I know dreams don't mean anything their just random images in your subconscious but sometimes I do have dreams that can reflect what is going on in my life maybe because they are on my mind.
