cardio is the only fat burning exercise - burns fat all over your body - you can spot reduce body fat - do it 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min) - do weight training first and then cardio
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
its healthy to lose 1-2lbs a week - if you are losing more its most likely water weight and muscle not fat which means you are depriving your body and slowing down metabolism
i would recommend you weighting once a week just to see you are not gaining weight - muscle is more dense than fat so just see how your clothes are fitting -if they are becomming more loose - you are on the wright track.

Eat tons of healthful low carb, low fats, prime fiber foods, and drink plenty of water. Skip the soda and different sugary beverages (even vitamin pop) and do extra aerobic exercises like going for walks, strolling, cycling, stairsteppers, and so forth. Vegetables are your new quality pal. however be certain to devour sufficient protein so your frame doesnt lose muscle (tuna is a healthful protein i like). I did this for the beyond two years and misplaced one hundred twenty kilos! I went from three hundred all the way down to a hundred and eighty(that's my healthful weight for a 6'6'' colossal lol). well success!
