I have really severe eczema on my right hand fingers. What can I do to relive it naturally with things around the house. I don't really want to buy products. I have prescription but it leaves my hands feeling over-saturated. Help!!!

try using a little vaseline, you don't have to use alot. it does help. i have the same problem and i use that when i don't feel like spending alot of money on all kinds of things.

I would suggest to avoid washing your hands as much as possible. I used to put band aids on my fingers when the skin would break, this would help me to not scratch. Another suggestion is to try wearing cotton gloves with moisturizer, if you don't have gloves you can also try plastic baggies.

I know you said you didn't want to buy any products but there is one product that cleared up mine and I tried just about everything. The product is Zoriasis; I get mine from www.Baar.com. It's non greasy and you can't even tell you are using it. (and it works!)

your own urine in the morning is the best water to clean your right hand. leave your urine in your hand for at least 10 to 15 minutes till it dry by it self, before you wash it again, do it everyday it is one good thing i know for long time to heal this eczema.........

gold bond lotion is amazing for this! i live in Colorado where it's really dry.. I've had an eczema patch on my left ankle for months... the gold bond helps so much!
