it is possible - its healthy to lose 1-2lbs a week so that much weight would be healthy to lose in about 9-16months.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Yes you can. It takes work and dedication. You have to hang on every positive result. Cut the junk food of of your diet, eat healthy everyday of the week and reward yourself with a small low cal dessert once a week to fuel any cravings. Then stick w3ith the diet and workout plan. You need to make sure to increase cardio workouts and stay focused and even when it hurts never give up, (unless it hurts like something is broken lol).
You may also look to help from diet pills and might even consider the newest one alli:

However even when taking any diet pills you need to maintain good eating habits and get your cardio and workouts in place. There is no miracle for weight loss.

Just to tell you, you can't lose that much weight in a year. I know it is frustrating but you can lose up to 45-55 pounds in one year. You really need to work hard, like not eating lunch at all, and also going to the gym everyday.
Tips:
never eat less food; always eat the food you love.
+like eating chicken, pick the ones the always says low fat or low carb
Work out atleast 30 min. everyday or one hour to loose 55 pounds in one year.
Last of all; avoid any resturants that you love.

anything is possible. my personal recommendation is to watch your diet, excercise regularly and aim to only lose about 2-3 lbs a week. 52 weeks at 2 lbs a week is 104 lbs in a year! if you try to lose more than that in a week without supervision then your body will refuse to lose weight as it is set at a certain metabolism. so you actually have to sneak around your metabolism to drop the weight. hope that helps

Some people make great gains in body sculpting usually in about 18 months. a year sounds realistic although it can be done faster, slowly is the best way

Go to www.calorie-count.com You can put in your weight, your goal, your activity level. It will help you keep track of what you are doing. You can enter any exercise you do, and any periods of inactivity, where you burn some, but few, calories, and you will see where your calorie intake and output are. You can chart your weight. They have almost any food you could want to log.

Yes, a year is reasonable. You can safely lose one or two pounds a week, so that would be well within your time frame. Good for you.
