f-u-c-k it! just take the day off man! if you're feeling tired, chances are that you wont have a good workout...i'm the same way! and i've worked out on those days that i just feel tired and my workout ends up being pathetic because of the fact that i'm tired! whenever you take a workout day off, you'll find that the next day you'll have an awesome workout...the rest really does your body good! in fact go have a burger and fries just to reward yourself for those other days!

If the body is telling you that you need to rest, rest and start again. But If you just feel lazy and has different whisper in the ears like "I just want to stay home and watch TV", GO DO your workout. Sometime you feel A LOT better after working out. I face this myself all the time. I have to literally drag myself out to the door, but once I get to the Gym, I am ready to work out. When I am done, I feel 100% better.

Didn't your trainer(if you go to a gym) ever tell you that working out more than four days a week is bad for your body? You're supposed to work out four days a week, every other day because you need a day in between to give your muscles a chance to relax.

sometimes you just need to listen to your body and take heed the signals it's giving you. take the opportunity to work on another project that isn't so physical, or read a book?
