You describe a common phenomina called orthostatic hypotension. In fact it's so common, I've responded to two others in the past few days with similar complaints, so if you don't mind, I'll do some cutting and pasting since I take a while to type (hunt and peck method you see...)
Standing up and feeling dizzy is a common thing called orthostatic hypotension- leave it to docs to come with fancy names- it's just to sound smart you know... Anyway, when you stand up suddenly , the blood takes a little while to get up to you brain- after all- gravity works. You then get the feeling of dizzyness, lightheadedness, and darkening vision- like you're gonna pass out as you describe. In fact you may pass out a time or two, especially if you're dehydrated etc...This is not to be confused with vertigo, which is also dizzyness, but this is more the sensation of the room and things around you moving, people often describe the walls and tables moving- which can be associated with a problem of the inner ear as an above respondant mentioned, as well as other "problems" with your brain stem.
Orthostatic hypotension can be a sign of other diseases such as disease of the heart valves, heart arrythmias (irregular heart beating) and can reflect neurologic issues such as autonomic dysfunction, that is- your nerves have trouble regulating your blood pressure. For that matter, blood pressure medications, dehydration, or anything else that causes your blood pressure to be low can cause this.
However, if you are otherwise "healthy" your blood pressure may just be naturally low, and considering that high blood pressure puts you at risk for strokes, heart attacks, etc. and that blood pressure goes up naturally as we age and our arteries get stiffer, I'd enjoy the low blood pressure while you got it and just get up more slowly, so you don't pass out...

It could be a blood pressure issue...low blood pressure, too quick change in pressure...
it could also be a balance issue in your middle ear? im not sure what its called but I have read about those symptoms being attributed to it.
The fact that it happens every morning really makes me think it's just a case of dehydration/fasting (since you do not eat and drink for several hours while you sleep) and the getting up fast...a combination of low blood sugar and low blood pressure and dehydration.
I would suggest going to bed w/a glass of water by your bed (or a bottle of water) so that when you wake up you SLOWLY sit up and then sip on that water until it's gone. rest for a few more minutes then slowly get up and go about your day. see how that works :)
good luck and hope you feel better

Get yourself to your primary care doctor and get a referral to a neurologist ASAP!!!
I do transcription for a doctor & a neurologist, and your problems sound serious. How long have you been having this problem??? How long does your head hurt for? Seconds, minutes, hours?? It could be a migraine, but I highly doubt it.
I don't want to scare you, but you need to know what's going on. Only a DOCTOR can decipher your problems, not a message board!! Please, call your doctor ASAP!!!! This sounds urgent!!!

you should see a doctor fast. You don't want anything bad to happen just because you hesitated going to see someone about it. I wish you all the luck, and I'll pray that it's not something serious.

not a doctor here, however, I would guess you have low sugar in the morning and/or a blood pressure problem. You should have your sugar and blood pressure checked

I think you are just getting a headrush. It also happens if you hang upside down for a few miniutes and then get back up.

Sounds like oxygen starvation!
Your internal organs taking the blood away from your brain when you get up.
Try getting up slowly.
