It was a hoot. Thanks for a good laugh on a stressful day. I enjoyed it and hope othes did too. Yes laughter has spiritual value and it harmed no one.

I find laughter to transcend religion
it is your involuntary response when you are surprised, see something true or shocking, is contagious and matters not what faith you are, you make unique noises to communicate your myrth, and it's very relaxing and found to help cure ills
and, bran muffins are really, really good for you, ESPECIALLY if you are stressed out, uptight and need to "loosen up" your gut
