coming into heat.I have 2 female cats age 7 - 8 months.They've changed the past couple of days.The meow alot, and run around alot,there also quite cudlly too.
I know they are't in pain tho.They are fit and healthy.If they are coming into season what will happen?

They will become extreamly affectionate, and want to be touched or pet all the time. They normal meow and stick their bums up in the air, or their tail, if you touch them.
They become almost kitten like, they want to play and roll around.
And of course, they are super annoying! Haha, they scream when they meow. My cat is 9 months, and I went through 2 heats with her, they were horrible. I got her fixed, it took about 4 days to heal, and shes better than she was before!
Now she can go outside, and roll around. And she is even more playful.

cats mature at 6 months of age so yes the might be coming to heat. Be very careful they don't get outside. They may try to escape out the door. If they are coming in heat they will meow alot sometimes very loud and get into a position of their rump in the air and rub against everything . It would be best to take them to the vet and have them spayed after they go out of heat . You will have a healthier and happier kitty.

Yeah it does sound like they are cgoing into heat my 2 are like that. So unless you want babies don't let them around males. alot of them last about a week or two and then they go back to normal until it hitas again some breeds can go into heat every couple of weeks this time of year and then back off during the winter. It can be annoying so you may want to get them spayed. if it is too expensive check your area there are usually programs to help with that for example NY has a program for low income families to help get pets fixed.

They will meow like crazy and drive you crazy. All that will happen will be meowing and wanting to be loved on continously!!! This will go on for about 2 weeks maybe longer. Enjoy! The best thing is to wait until they are done and then get them fixed!!!!! OR this will happen again and again!

Oh sure! All the time lol, it makes me soar up with fright and make an apology (cats identify) after which I recognize it's only one of the vital cats rubber balls that I am stepping on. It is so humorous whilst that occurs! lol

Yes, they are in heat and will drive you crazy with the loud meowing from them and the tomcats that will be at your door-If the cats are indoors and screeching and fighting if they are outdoors. Let them get a little older before you allow them to breed if you want more kittens or get them fixed now for your peace of quiet and less babies to love and feed!

Keep them inside. Tom cat have been known to rip screens open to get to cats. Your cats will be very vocal and basically annoying while they are on heat. When you pat them they will present themselves to you in a sexual pose. It feels weird to see your beloved kitty so...frustrated.
Please after they have finished being in heat, take them to get spayed. It's for you but it's mostly for them and their health. They don't want to get in heat every few weeks if they are never going to be used for breeding, it's unfair on them.

They could be but nothing will happen to them unless they inside and not around male cats.
I would get them fixed soon though so they don't get pregnant.

Their behavior indicates they are in heat. You need to keep them inside or you'll end up with a bunch of kittens. Better yet, get them spayed.
