The Christians believe that God wrote the Bible and my question is if Bible is written by God then why did they (Christians) made changes in Bible? And if it is due to the change of time then my question is, didn't God knew what kind of lifestyle the humans gonna live after lets say 2000 years?

mankind needed to determine which text was inspired by God and which ones weren't. and almost every principle in the Bible applies to people in every time period, even today.

Bible was not written by god..it was written by men that is the reason in the authors place it says...According to john..or according to luke..and when the church feels that something aint right in it..they make amends to recitify it..and the council sits to make those changes... the idea of trinity came some decades after jesus was gone...so jesus himself never said anything abt his own divinity but it was written after he left this earth..ppl who knew jesus wrote the bible..
Just to offer a few of the many contradictions and errors of that which is being presented as the "Word of God" in the Bible I would like to quote the research of scholars of the Bible:

the original source of the Bible, both the Old and New Testaments have been lost and are no longer extant in any language. What has remained and been referred to for translations, is in fact nothing more than old copies that do not necessarily agree with each other and there does exist in them obvious corruption in additions and deletions. Additionally, they are not complete and do not have full agreement of the scholars of the Bible as to their meanings.

Your question sir is very confusing. Christians never "changed" the bible-- where did you ever come up with that??? The Old Testament is the exact same text that all the Jews use-- it's the same text that Jesus and the NT writers all referenced..... The difference is that Christians believe that the NT is as inspired by God as is the old... Matter of fact 2 Timothy 3:16 backs this up... "ALL Scripture is given by God and is profitable for teaching, for discipline, for correction, and for training in righteousness..."

Yes God knew what kind of lifestyle the humans gonna live, that's why Christians rely on the ENTIRETY of the bible to find answers.....

Hope that helps.... may God bless you as you attempt to find the answers too....

The Christians don't believe that God actually wrote the Bible, but that man wrote down what God said and did. The New Testament, is the continuation of things that happened, during and after the life of Jesus Christ.

The New Testament is additional revelation from God. It doesn't change what God already said in the Old Testament. Though most of the Old Testament was written to a specific group of people whereas the New Testament is directed to a much broader audience.

Well none of the Bible is actually penned by God himself. All of the books were written by humans who were designated by God to write what he made known to them. It makes sense for there to be an addition to it once, as the Christians believe, Jesus rose from the dead, paying the penalty of sin for all humankind. If you believe in this, you probably consider it the most important event in history, so it's logical for there to be a need for further revelation after this radical change.

God wrote the new testament, He used man to do so. Why do people think that he is so small that he could not use people to write the bible. What about the old testament? God used man to write that. I mean really, God is not little, HE IS A GREAT BIG GOD. He can use any body for anything.

Melsposty is right. The New Testament is about Jesus Christ and his plan of salvation for all mamkind. The Old Testament written by Moses, David, Daniel, and others pointed toward a coming redeemer of mankind from God's favor. That happened through man's first parents, Adam and Eve, where their disobedience to God's law cursed man with sin and it's penalty of spiritual death, or spiritual seperation from God's presence.

The only way prescribed in the Old Testament (or old covenant) to remedy this was the blood sacrafice of animals and sin offerings before preists who were God's representatives here on this earth. Once Jesus Christ came and sacraficed his blood for all of man's sins then that was the new testament or new covenant God made wtih man to bring mankind in favour spiritually back to God.. New represntatives of Christ in this age are called Christians.

I've been a Christian all of my life and never heard anything about someone wanting to change the Bible or write a New Testament. I've heard of various interpretations of the Bible but nothing like you mention. Where did you get your information?

God did not write the bible, it was written by man, and interpreted (the most popular version) by King James and his scribes. Any changes made where made to suit the times in which it was interpreted. Remember, at that time, Kings were second only to God, and in some cultures Kings were still looked upon as God.
