The best thing you can do is start limiting your calorie intake to about 1000-1200 per day... Eat healthy foods, usually you can eat more if you're eating healthy... you know, no icecream, candy, such... :)

Definitely start doing some exercises, take a daily walk, do some crunches...

I've started doing this... Lost 4 lbs in a total of, oh, 10 days. I'm trying to lose 30... It's going to take a few months.

I know you said you'd tried every diet possible, so I don't know if this will help or not!

God bless!

I am am mother of three and after my third child I really wanted to take some weight off. I serached and tried many things but ended up not really losing much weight. I like sweets and that always killed me. then I came across these diet cookies and they worked great. you eat 6 large cookies each day, (that actually taste pretty good) and then eat chicken or fish for dinner. The cookies are full of protein and all kinds of good stuff. They don't sell them in stores though. you have to buy them at www.getskinnywithcookies.com. It realy worked for me. good luck! I lost 22 pounds in 3 months!

to get permanent results you have to make permanent lifestyle changes
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I suggest the Cinch Inch Loss Plan. It's powered by leucine, an essential acid that travels directly to muscle to signal protein synthesis. It helps your body preserve muscle mass while you lose weight and inches from fat.

On most diets, you lose muscle as well as fat. When you lose muscle, you lose some of your body's ability to burn fat and your metabolism drops.

I was on the plan for three weeks and lost 10 lbs., 4 1/2 inches from my waistline and 2 1/4 inches from my hips. It's both healthy and easy to follow.

Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me with questions.

you just need to eat better, and exercise. Doctors recommend at least 20 minutes of constant increased heart rates from exercise at least 3 times a week. Fruits, veggies, chicken, fish, nuts, olive oil, and green tea are all great foods to have in your diet to help clean out your body and keep you healthy!
