I will start this off by admitting I am a Kurt Busch fan. I enjoy cheering for the only driver out there with the least bit of personality and passion, even though it's usually used in a poor way. I also cheer for him due to my long standing policy of supporting anyone or anything that pisses off rednecks. That said.. this is just for the 85% of NASCAR fans who can't stand him... what could Kurt Busch do to win you over? Subquestion : how does he do that and avoid being another Jimmie Johnson "car was good, boys at the shop work hard, god bless the troops blah blah" clone? (don't waste all of our time with "he can't win me over, go Junior!" answers. thanks in advance)

Why would you want to make me mad?
I'm Southern thank God.And I'm a Kurt Busch fan too, have been since he was a rookie.I'm glad to hear that you are as well.I agree with you about his personality and passion. He may not be the most talented driver out there but his strive for excellence makes up for it.He's the Pete Rose of racing.
And that's why I'm a Kurt Busch fan.

I'm not a Kurt Busch fan - But I am a Smoke (Tony) fan - These two cats are "emotional" racers - Sometimes, a situation gets you caught up in your own demise. Tony is the same way, except just when you think he has a grip on life, he does something WAY BIG. Kurt is talented, but has the bad-boy, troublemaker image. He needs to buddy up with Juan - Take him under his wing, because if JPM takes the new "bad-boy" image title, where will that leave Kurt? They could be the new dynamic duo...

I'm a Kurt Busch fan and I honestly don't care what anybody says about it. He's the man and no matter what anybody says or does it wont change the way I feel. 9 times out of 10 Kurt Busch didn't even do anything wrong but he is still chastised because he is the known "bad guy" of Nascar and everyone loves to blame everything on him.

Kurt Busch will never win me over, because he has proven himself over and over again to be a danger to others in the sport. I will never forget the time that he was heard telling his crew chief that he was going to purposely hit Jimmy Spencers car and put him out of the race. Than, his stupidity on pit row at Dover was way out of line. Not only has he been a danger (and bad sportsman) to others on the track, now he is putting other drivers pit crew members is undue danger. You ought to pick a better driver. Heck, you'd probably have better luck getting somebody to convert to being a Jeff Gordon or Jimmie Johnson fan!

I'm a Kurt Busch fan.. ALL THE WAY BABY!!
I hate Kyle Busch though. Kurt is cool, no need to talk crap about him, those people who don't like him.
When it comes time for the chase, you will see him there. Wait and see. He picked up one spot today in 100 laps so he'll be a contender in the chase this year.

Kurt wasn't robbed. That replaced into the suited format they ever had on the All megastar. Kurt and Kyle the two ruled the race. the two pit crews could no longer get the activity accomplished. i think Chad Knaus moving the pit crews around replaced into yet another genius pass.

"I enjoy cheering for the only driver out there with the least bit of personality and passion"
That sums up Kurt - the LEAST bit of personality. His whole "I regret my actions" speech today was so wooden and rehearsed it was painful to watch...
