These days charity shops only accept certain items so it's worth giving them a ring just to find out. Well done, keep up the charity work!

Some charity / thrift shops can take used electronics. Check with your local shop. If they can't take it, consider putting it outside at the street with a "FREE" sign. Someone will be happy to take it off your hands.

Always donate your old stuff to charity. They can make a buck or two. GoodWill takes electric stuff adn probably any church that has sales. I volunteer for the local SPCA and we have yard sales periodically to raise funds. We'd be delighted to take it.

They don't take anything electrical now.

Why not advertise recycle in your local freebie paper.

i dont think you can take electrical items anymore. See if someone you know needs one, just pass it on that way.
