I was raised as a Banana Walnutist, but when I got older I started doing some reading and I found bran! Hallelujah!

Well, I couldn't decide which was best for me, so I ate many kinds for many years. Finally I saw the light and it pointed to BRAN! MY life has never been the same!

this happened to me once - very briefly - until they began to introduce raisins.... I had to leave then...
