The idea that lowfat food tastes bad is a misconception. There are lots of lowfat foods that taste good. How about chicken, veggies, fruit, fish? These are all lowfat. Plain popcorn is really cheap if you buy the kind that isn't for the microwave.

Dannon light and fit yogurt is the only fat free yogurt that doesn't have added corn syrup.

Cereal like cheerios are low in fat and sugar.

Fat free milk is good for you.

You can mix that fat free milk with a protein powder to make a shake.

You can buy eggs, and use one yolk and 2-4 egg whites, or buy that egg substitute stuff.

Aunt millies whole grain light bread is low in fat and calories.

You can mix tuna with fat free plain yogurt instead of mayo.

You can also mix fat free plain yogurt with Hidden Valley Ranch Dip mix instead of the sour cream it calls for to make veggie dip that only has 110 calories in a cup.

If you have the opinion that all low fat, low calorie food is gross, you'll never make it. You need to learn to be creative.

Try the RDA recommended daily allowance of caloric intake.... :)
2000 calories a day or less is what most people eat.
Eating the RDA amount stops most dieting problems.
