Would yoga help anything?

Yea, like, ther is NO way i'm doing THAT with a boy b/c every1 i know is an immature jerk!(and i'm not interested)

Maybe 1/2 of this stems from being a shy, introverted perfectonest with low self-eteme. I thought some of this would go away when school went out and i got my grade(A+,A+ A, A, A-) b/c I ALWAYS fear failer. Maybe if I was less of a perfectonest and felt better about my self, i'd be 'better' so to speak.

Yoga is a GREAT idea.

Try to see a school nurse if you can about some of the problems you're experiencing.

Good Luck... *Also, maybe get over to a book store and see if you can find some books on your condition.

I read your previous question and it appears to me that your psychological problems are manifesting themselves as physical pain. That's just my unprofessional opinion. Tell your parents about your back pain and trouble sleeping--that's nothing to be ashamed of. Have them take you to a doctor, then tell the doctor the whole story. Include your the details about your unstable emotions and fear of inadequacy. I don't think the doctor has to share that information with your parents since it's not related to suicide, pregnancy, or abortion. If the doctor believes that you have some urgent mental health issues, then he/she will probably want to discuss them with your parents. If that should be the case, at least you'll have someone by your side when you have to talk to them.

I know that you've said repeatedly that you don't want to talk to your parents about your problems. Why? Because you think they're going to freak out or be disappointed in you. Whatever is ailing you is not due to weakness on your part. They will probably be scared because they don't have the power to heal whatever is troubling you, but that is much better than what they'll feel if you keep all of this to yourself and self-destruct. And yes, it will happen if you don't get any help. I've been there--I trashed my first year of grad school trying to cover up how sick I was. If I had told people what was going on and withdrawn, I would still have an academic career, but I don't because I didn't want anyone to know that things were amiss.

I know you said you can't tell your parents or a doctor, what I don't understand is WHY you can't?? The bottom line is that no matter what anyone says on here, we are not doctors and even if some on here ARE indeed doctors not even they could diagnose anything for you because they wouldn't have the chance to properly examine you.
I understand that at your age it might FEEL like you can't talk to your parents or something, but the facts right now are saying that like it or not you'll have to either tell them or your doctor -or both.
Yahoo answers is great place to start, but it's not exactly the best place to finish all the time.
Good luck and God Bless.

The primary problem, you need to solve, in your life is the issue with your parents. Every child, needs at least one caring, responsible adult in their lives. If not a parent, then a grandparent, aunt, uncle or other surrogate. It is a tough world, you don't want to go it alone.

Please, try to address the issue with your parents. Talk to another family member, or school counselor about it, i.e., if you can't discuss it with your parents. If nothing else, do you have an older friend or sister, who can help you, i.e., help you get help with your health problems or the problem with your parents?

Please, don't give up ! Every problem has a solution !

Why can't you? What about asking your dr when you see your dr next.

I was gonna say you sound depressed.or you could be Bi polar.

Back pain could be caused from bad posture or somehing else. I would ask your dr.

Or maybe its just a phase that you'll grow out of.

I hope this helps if any at all and i hope that your problem goes away.

I've HEARD that yoga can help, but I've never tried it in that sence. It can't hurt if you don't try to, like, put your feet behind your head.

What about talking to a trustworthy friend? I know it's hard, but just try it.

Oh, and yea, growing THAT fast could be the back pains cause.

Sounds like depression. However, thyroid hormones can play havoc with your body and your mind. The feeling cold and body aches are symptoms of hypothyroidism. A good checkup would be the best place to start.

I clicked on the link! As for your question(s), I would try Motrin for the back pain(that is if ya' haven't already!) that doesn't require a prescription, although it's not particularly effective. Sorry, but I that's all I really know!

You have alot of serious problems! First you said this and then that and... enough!!! Go and see a doctor! You sound BIPOLAR ! and schizophrenic ! Fourteen years old and still talking to dolls ? Back pain ?! You cant TALK to your parents ? Certain stages of gonorrhea (back pain, delusional, sensations of hot/cold) could be the problem...TELL YOUR PARENTS !!!!! I wished my sister did, she committed suicide last month because she was embarrassed about a S.T.D !........Get help now before it falls off or its too late!

Sounds like you may have a vitamin deficiency. Take a multivitamin like women's one a day and do stretches to relax your spine. Is it a constant pain or comes and goes? I get a horrible lower back pain when my period is about to start. You're not weird.
