i have very toned calfs, but have an 'innertube' around my waist and stomach area. wat exersizes can i do to get ride of this stupid fat. any diet ideas?

the only fat burning exercise is cardio - burns fat all over your body - you cant spot reduce body fat - do it 4-6 times a week for 30-50min and combine with light weight training
swimming, running, cycling, jogging, elliptical etc - anything that makes you sweat and raises your heart rate.
