What foods should I stop eating to prevent body odor? Is cayanne pepper bad? Do spices like paprika or chili powder cause body odor? I have been paranoid for awhile now, thinking I have BO. I don't smell anything but i worry other people think I smell. Anybody know anything that most people don't know about this???

I shower everyday and use Drysol. Please don't respond if that's your only advice. Obviously I already knew that!

drinking a lot of water helps detox your lymphatic system, sweat glands, and pores. Doesn't matter where your body odor is coming from (mouth, underarms, genitalia, joints) and what specific odor it is giving out (acidic, "fishy", etc) Water is the cheapest and best way to pacify your body odor.

Obviously, good hygiene is also always key....

If you are sick, you will have a particular odor. The deodorants sold in stores are junk. They work for a little while, but they are just masking odors. The active ingredient in these deodorants is Aluminum Chlorhydrate. This is a toxic chemical and is not good for you. I suggest you use a different product that really works. As a matter of fact, it works so well, you may forget to take a shower, even after 24 hours of wearing this. It is an ozonated oil. It is totally natural and has NO chemicals, just oxygen and olive oil. It really works.

You can get it at www.healthline.cc (not .com). Ask for the ozonated gel. One jar lasts many months because you only have to use a very little to do the job.

In regard to your body smelling, it really depends on how well you are digesting your food and how loaded up your organs like your kidney get from garbage you are eating. If you have taken antibiotics, you have Candida Albicans and this will affect your breath and body odors greatly because you will have destroyed your intestinal flora that digests your food. If you drink tap water, you most likely are getting fluoride and chlorine. This destroys the flora and eating yogurt is not going to put it back like so many of the marketing guru's tell you. It will help, but you need to put down a lot of a good probiotic. This will also keep you healthy.

Forget brushing with fluoride toothpaste, this stuff is disastrous for the body. Fluoride competes with iodine in the body for absorption. People who drink fluoridated water become iodine deficient and eating iodized salt does not fix the problem! Go to a health food store and buy a toothpaste that does not have fluoride or laurel sulfate in it, like Peelu (flavored is best). If you become deficient in iodine, you will find that your organs do not work well, including your skin. Only 3% of the iodine you eat goes to your thyroid. The rest goes to all the organs in your body. If you are deficient in iodine, your organs will not work properly.

To check to see if you are deficient, just rub some "tincture of iodine" on our chest about the size of a golf ball. Check it in 24 hours. If it's still there, you are not deficient. If it's gone, you are deficient. Don't listen to the dentists that promote this garbage, fluoride. There are many cultures in the world with great teeth that do not use this poison.

Additionally, you need to be taking the Betaine HCL and activator to aid your digestion and keep you from getting acid in digestion. DO NOT take ANTACIDS! These things are poison to your body and will create bad odors!

If your digestion is working correctly, you can eat most anything without having a problem. Also drink lots of water. I prefer distilled water that I make myself. It keeps your liver in better shape because it doesn't have to sort out the garbage many water people put in.

good luck to you

Chili powder is bad. Onions and garlic are also problematic. Alchohol can contribute to body odor. Shower with an antibacterial soap on a daily basis, Consider an anti-perspirant/deodorant product.

Some spices (cumin and other spices from India) do have that affect where they seem to seep out of your pours and cause odor. Showering regularly gets rid of BO....as for food, it's trial and error.

A vegan diet should help prevent bad B.O. And I don't think that either of the spices you mentioned contribute much to B.O.

But don't be paranoid about it, just ask someone who will tell you the truth.

There is nothing to not eat. Food does not cause BO unless you eat a ton of garlic. Trust me if you had body odor someone would be telling you.

there is a disease called bromhidrosis, that tends to reproduce in a great amount bacteria, but if you can´t feel it I supposed it´s nothing to do with this.

It´s normal to have it just take the above counsellings and you would do better, there is people more used to have it than others but those cases are between the normal .
