No, it is not possible to make bran muffins, without the bran.
You'll end up with just muffins, type determined by the flour used. It is said that bran is good for you, roughage and all.
Never really liked bran anyway. Yes, it is possible to make bran muffins without the bran.

I have heard about a band of bran banners in Brannon that banned bran and use a brand without bran but they were bland
