I agree that it could be the diet. I am sorry to say, but Pedigree, Iams, Science Diet and any 'supermarket' brands are really crappy food for your dog! Go to your pet store and pick up a high quality food like Innova or Eagle Pack. It may seem expensive, but your dog will eat less of it, and you'll have way less poop to pick up! I guarantee it!

One of the things that humans relate to with dogs is FARTING. It is sort of cute, and really important. A dog with loads of fart gas is most likely ingesting too many grains, not enough meat meal. Read the ingredients on his feed bag and make sure the FIRST ingredient listed is meat of some sort. second listed ingredient should be another type of meat OR RICE.
Stop giving the cutie pie any sort of chips or excess carbs, and GOOD LUCK!

Higher quailty dogfood if you can afford it will help. Try walking them longer or more often. Exercise is good for their digestion and they might work a lot of the gass out outdoors.

That's what we all do. There is something you can give your dog it's like Beano for dogs. You can get it from http://www.DrsFosterSmith.com it's called "Excel Gas Preventative". Hope that helps. All the best;^)

Dry foods are better than wet foods. Doggy farts are the worst! My dog has woke me up before. =)
