His Love.

2007-06-10 12:06:10 · answer #1 · answered by Hannah's Grandpa 7 · 0 0

He has so many wonderful characteristics: His wisdom and justice, His awesome power, but His most enduring characteristic to me is His boundless capacity for love. Something even more awesome is that we were made in his image. Imbued with the same ability to love as He. How very sad that we do not use it enough.

Not sure what would make one characteristic more important than another. One might says his holiness. "And they were calling to one another: "Holy, holy, holy is the LORD Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory." Isaiah 6:3

I think that God specially and intentionally reveals or emphasizes particular characteristics under different circumstances. Like I think his purpose in creating us was to glorify his graciousness. For how gracious God has show himself in saving sinners. And not only saving with regards to forgiving us and inevitably healing us (who believe), but also adopting us as children of God.

GOD is Perfect LOVE - according to the WORD of GOD/Bible - HIS most important characteristic is HIS *Holiness.*
*It is because of HIS *Holiness* that
GOD/LOVE sent HIS Son-Yeshua Jesus into the World to die for all of Humanity.

What does GOD wish us to have - more than anything else in the world ? *A personal Relationship with HIM-the Living HOLY GOD. *But why can't we ?
Because our imperfections-our sins - prevent us from having a Relationship with GOD. Because of our imperfections-our sins - we can not approach GOD/LOVE who is HOLY.

Out of HIS desire to have a relationship with each and every human being on planet earth - HE sent Yeshua Jesus - who knew No sin, to take upon Himself the sin of the world - to bring us into a relationship with the Father. *It is an exchange. He took upon Himself our imperfections-all our sins -and by Grace through Faith we receive the Free Gift of Salvation-Yeshua Jesus, and HE imparts to us HIS Righteousness, so we can have a relationship with the HOLY
GOD. *Salvation is a Free Gift by the Grace
of GOD through faith and it is Not by Good Works/Right Efforts - therefore we can not boast of what we do. *Our personal works of righteousness are filthy rags to GOD who
is HOLY. Therefore Jesus' Righteousness must be imparted to us - to begin a relationship with the Living Holy GOD.

Eternal Life does not begin when we die !
Eternal Life begins the Moment we receive Jesus Christ as LORD and Savior and are Born Again. *Jesus said "You must be Born Again by the Holy Spirit and by the washing of the WORD/bible by faith{Jn. 3:3-50 *IF you are not yet Born Again - Click Below:

His ability to allow unbelievers to go to hell because of free will.
What a stupid creation of his.
Why wouldn't God mak ean all good universe?
Perhaps this universe is lacking other sentiments such as love and hate....but that we humans cannot understand.
they could be better than love or worse than hate.
Who's to say that God is fair?

god loves you....ooooo that fuzzy feeling is growing now.
Oh yeah! It's the THOUGHT that makes me have that fuzzy feeling....why complicate and say it's an all powerfull being that exists beyond reality that is making your aware of his existance by making you have fuzzy feelings.
