I need to learn it fast, and I want to learn it free, in some software that I can download and learn the language that way. I can't find any on the Web and I'd appreciate it if it is like what I described above. Thank you.

The other answers are pretty much wrong.

Pennsylvania Dutch is NOT the same language as what we call German. The language we call "German" is High German. Pennsylvania Dutch is a LOW German dialect, which is a closely related, but different, language. Most religious-based "German" dialects in the U.S. and Canada are Low German dialects--Pennsylvania Dutch, Hutterite, Platdietsch, etc. While Pennsylvania Dutch has a number of English loanwords, it is NOT a "mixed language" as one of the other answers implies.

There are no on-line or CD resources to learn Low German or the Pennsylvania Dutch dialect. It has only been in the last few decades that people have paid much attention to Low German as a separate language. The German government has generally ignored it and treated it simply as "corrupt" German, insisting that people there learn and use High German.

Contrary to what Taivo said, it is not Low german. It is a dialect of south-central german (low german is north german and closely related to Dutch - Netherlands). The Amisch were people from Swizerland who got exiled to south germany, then to the USA. I found learning materials on Google Books. Ich bin aa am Lanne di Mudderschprooch.

GIMP 2 is a great free photo editing program. It will resize an image pretty well but it may be a bit more complicated than you need when good old microsoft paint will resize an image lol.

"Pennsylvania Dutch" is a term that refers to a pidgin language used by the Amish. It is a combination of English and high German. I don't know where you'll get any kind of formal lessons in it. It's the kind of language you learn by growing up in that community. My recommendation is to learn German.

"Pennsylvania Dutch" is a misapprehension.

The people down in Pennsylvania said that they were "Deutch" (German.)

The old farmers mistook "Deutch" for "Dutch"!
