if anyone out there know what jobs are in demand in the medical field.

Because the need for services varies by location, I would check the classified ads for where you live, or intend to live, and check to see what profession has the most ads. This is what I did, and it helped to make my decision to become a nurse. Good luck!

I agree--most health care positions are good-paying jobs. In my area, CNA/RN/LPN positions are most in demand due to higher age population and number of nursing homes. It depends on where you live. Check anywhere: newspapers are great, but if you live in a bigger town, then online would be good place to search too. If that doesn't work, head on over to the local hospital and ask? That might take some guts, but it might work ;)

I am going back to school myself after 30 plus years of being out,,Nursing is one ,I am going into health care managment..A good field and pays well...But any health care field pays well..Good Luck to You...
