Tell your parents and ask them to get you some help. If they don't listen or if you are being abused, tell your school councilor, a teacher, clergy any adult who will listen. Keep telling until someone gets you to a mental health professional. All the best.

When your body is growing and changing rapidly, so is your brain. Right now, both your body and your brain are being flooded by hormones. Your brain is developing, and your brain chemistry is changing.
I experienced something similar at the same age, and again in my early 20's, and I know other people who've experienced it as well.
I'd have to go along with the other person who said the more you think about it, the worse it will get.
On the other hand, there are some brain chemistry imbalances that can begin in adolescence and get worse over time. You said you'd seen a therapist. Was that therapist a psychiatrist? A psychiatrist could evaluate the possibly physical causes of your feeling of unreality.
P.S. If you are dealing with physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, now or in the past, this could be your way of escaping those memories.

I had that problem, when I was younger. You know what I noticed though, the more I thought about it the stronger it got. so, make a list of everything you have to remember and just zone after your homework one night, or well everynight. I think you actually might be a little over worked. I also dont think drugs will do the trick try some meditation. The meditation will most likely make the feeling stronger but it will show you the difference between reality and well your mind

A lot of people of a false sense of reality which will often cause depression b/c either everything is wonderful and that becomes what u believe is real or everything is terrible and that becomes ur belief. Start with excepting that u are a real, breathing, living thing and ur choices are only made by u, so chose to live life and do not hide behind your fears. You are young and have much time to figure out what is going on & how to handle what u have been delt- take it one day at time-eventually things will make sence.

You sound like you are dissassociating, I get it sometimes and it is really wierd. I am more prone to dream like states when I am highly stressed. It is your brains way of blocking out emotional pain. You will come out of it when you are ready, dont try and force yourself back into reality because it can make you more stressed just try and go with the flow. Medication might work but dont forget it is only temporary . Go and explain to the doctor how you feel he or she will have the best advice.

You should go back to the therapist(Psychiatrist or psychologist) and talk about your symptoms and how they are worsening. If you don't see improvement in a reasonable time (6 months) you can try another therapist . Its also important that your parents be informed about your situation so they can help you . Talk to your mother , father or another relative willing to listen you. Good luck.

I can tell u, you alive and u here, that's why I am answering u. I think u should make more friends and enjoy your life. I think it is can be because of your age. This time for me was the hard one. When I was 13 I felt paranoia and all this staff, but now I am OK. So I suggest u to be more confidence.Everything will be all right. ;)

If you can manage to put this question on here and ask all of this information and know that you are doing it then i find it hard to believe that you have to remember your name i think this is a cry for help and you need to find some friends or talk to your parents more!

See a doctor, preferably a psychiatrist. This could be a real physical or psychological illness. Unless you're on drugs, you need help because these are NOT normal symptoms.
