You can do all of the above or you can also have a spray tan done professionally. I haven't ever had one, but I have friends who have them done and they look natural. If you are a guy just don't forget to cover your wang with a sock while tanning nude....

lay naked in a tanning bed on low intensity heat or lay naked in your backyard. Make sure with either one you have a nice brozer tanning lotion on. Always cover your face with a towl.... you dont want wrinkles.
