You can use stuff from around the house to help in your work outs...canned goods for one pound weights, fill buckets or jugs with water and use them for heavier weights. You can buy exercise "bands" at sporting supply stores. They are very cheap...less than $20 for a variety of tensions and come with instruction manuals on how to do a variety of workouts.

Well you will rough it out the old school way, start with a pull up bar, and do some chin-ups. This will help you with the shoulders, and the pull ups will get those biceps. Also you can not forget about the push up, and to increase your push up workout, just elevate your feet on a chair or edge of a bed. This will make you work your chest and triceps muscles harder. Also do the dip excessive, this is the best way to target all three areas of the tricep, and also it helps with the chest, so now you have an added bonus. As for the abs, the crunch will always do, and to make them harder you can elevate your feet and do the crunch, This will help work your lower and upper abs at the same time.

My brother has abs and big muscles...he works out on a daily basis, he does sit-ups, push-ups, and he built out of scrap a pull-up bar and does pull-ups which are very helpful. So maybe you want to try that. You might not get results immediatly but you will...

like my good friend vegeta would say "do pushups, situps and drink plenty of juice"... or you can leave the juice part out

but really you need to do pushups, situps, go to a wall and squat next to it an do tiptoe rises for your calves

Push ups and situps would help with this. There are many other exercises that would work these areas.

Pushups and Sit-Ups are your best bet at this point, pull ups work as well.
