Cha de Bugre and Hoodia Gordonii. The are both all natural diet pills that are effective, safe and have no side effects.
Cha de Bugre, is a new weight loss supplement that is growing in popularity and is similar to Ma Huang (Ephedrine) without any of the bad effects. Cha de Bugre is from Brazil and has been used there safely for centuries. Cha de Bugre provides energy, fat burning and appetite suppression that benefit weight loss. Cha de Bugre also has additional uses that are known in Brazil that include being used as a mild diuretic, a cellulite reducer, aides in reducing herpes simplex outbreaks and a heart tonic. You can find more about it at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/cha_de_bugre.html
Hoodia Gordonii is a natural appetite suppressant derived from a South African cactus that the bushmen have eaten there for thousands of years. You need to make sure you get a strong pure hoodia that is certified to be genuine. Check out Totalink's unbiased Hoodia comparison at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/hoodia_comparison.html in the "Confidence" column it will indicate if the brand is "Certified". These Hoodia brands have the credentials to back up their product. Also in that column it will indicate if the brand is "Returnable". These Hoodia brands allow you to return opened bottles and get your money back. I think this indicates that a company has confidence in their product that it works.
Hope this helps, if you want to know more about Hoodia I have written a lot of articles on it. Just search Yahoo or Google under my name “Andrew Aitaken” to find them.
Remember, you should always consult your physician before taking any diet pill or weight loss supplement.

Yea, I have these Pound-x diet pills that my dad bought for me from Wal-Mart. By the way 1m 15, and been taking them for about a 2 weeks and I can already tell a difference. ive lost 3 pounds. Its costs like $15 or something like that. Its not bad at all. There are 4 bottles that come with it, you take one with breakfast, lunch, and supper, and the last one is called a function pill. You can take it whenever you want, it gives you extra energy, (It gives me the energy to exercise.) I take it around lunch time. But it doesnt matter when you take it. There not gross or anything. and there color coded so that you wont mix them up. =] There pretty cool actually. Oh yeah, and it comes with a little paper thing that has a 14 day diet plan and also diffrent exercises that will help you lose fat along with the pills. You should atleast go and try them. I havent had any crazy side-effects either. lol So please go try them. keep in touch with me if you do. Id like to know how ur doing.!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

well...with a good diet and exercise, Alli works very well...I actually lost about 8 pounds in a week but thats only because of the effort I put in (exercise and eating right) I dont like taking any form of medication so I stopped taking the Alli and continued working out...I continued losing weight just not as fast. Its really about your lifestyle and habits...you dont need diet pills

Why is that people want a miracle pill to solve their problems, there are so many fun ways to loss weight and then some not so fun eg eating salads and low fat meals, take the dog for a walk go walking with or play soccer or cricket with family members walk along the beach etc etc. Work out the issues of why you put the weight on in the first place, usually it is a protection thing deal with these issues and that will also help with weight loss.

it's safest to eat balanced portions and not take any kind of supplement to aid in losing weight...if you keep track of every portion you put on your plate throughout the day, you will find that you have stuck to a great diet regimen and feel good about the weight as it comes off without the need for a pill...no pill really works...however, IF you THINK it will work, that's a different story...we have a strong mind that helps us decide what will work for us and what won't...once you get it in your mind that something won't work, it won't...no matter how hard you try...

"NO, diet pills aren't....." Jeez gimmie a break ya'll everybody preaching. I have tried Xenadrine NRG 8hr diet pills, they burn fat, help your metabolism and are a great appetite suppresent. The only ones that have worked for me.
I used these along with eating healthy and excercise and lost 75lbs in 8 months.
Don't listen to these farts, if you want to use them, your gonna anyway. I had no side effects, no jitters, no nothing, and in good health.

I did, and I don't recommend you using pills at all. With pills and without pills I was able to lose weight, infact last month I lost 17 lbs with no pills at all.

I wouldn't risk trying diet pills or fat burners. Either they don't work, or they have crazy side-effects. So pretty much, they're bad news.

No, I haven't. But I have been doing a lot of research and I am going to start trying some vitamins. You should check out this website and see what you find. I am going to start taking Citrus-Aurantium, conjugated linoleic acid, Green-Tea-Extract, and Hoodia-Extract. They have really reasonable prices too. We'll see how it goes!
