I only have 100 calories left for the evening. This is a strict diet (I cant splurge). ARe there any tasty "meals" I can try for the night with only 100 calories??

Thanks

Loads of vegetables, basically.

I find that liquids help me feel full.

Diet sodas, tea, coffee.

Also consider broth from a bouillon cube, but be aware it's very high in sodium.

This will sound silly, but "remind" yourself that it's just for one night. Don't let yourself get into a starvation mindset--this is a temporary discomfort.

Good luck to you. You'll feel a huge sense of accomplishment when manage to stick to your diet.

If you are that bummed, go do a workout and than eat something, Calories are not the only think you should be worried about theres Carbs, Total Fat, Saturated Fat, other things you must be aware of while eating certain foods, On Cheetos it says "No Trans fat" but on the back the Total Fat intake is 16%, your total fat intake should only be 25~30%

Edit:
To the post below:
Diet Sodas are not recommended, some studies have shown that a lot of Sodas suck out calcium from the bones.

That is not very many calories. I don't see how you can have a full meal. Lettuce, raw vegetables are low. How about a dressing with vinegar, herbs and some water.

try changing from counting calories to counting carbs...there are a lot more choices that fit for tasty meals and although counting carbs doesn't seem like a diet, it is...you will see that eating 450 carbs a day is equal to about 1500 calories...you can adjust your carbs to the amount of calories if you feel the need to continue to count calories...but if you choose to count carbs, you won't feel like you are "on" a diet...yet you will lose weight...
