Recent cases being processed by the Iowa Board of Dental Examiners can be found here: http://www.state.ia.us/dentalboard/publicorders.html

You can also send inquiries about individual practitioners to the board, but there will be a fee involved.

As Dr. Albert says, ongoing lawsuits would be subject to confidentiality rules, and most of the time settlements are also confidential. Cases that went to trial and decided by a verdict would be a matter of public record though, unless a judge decides to seal the records for some reason.

Hope this helps.

HELLO,
WHILE THERE IS NO SUCH LIST IN PARTICULAR, YOU MAY FIND OUT IF ANY DENTISTS HAVE BEEN DISCIPLINED BY CONTACTING THE DEPARTMENT OF PROFESSIONAL REGULATION. LAWSUITS ARE A VERY PRIVATE ISSUE AND NOT SUBJECT TO PUBLIC SCRUTINY.
