Is Satan himself suffering in the place where he resides? I think its a fair question, given the fact that he made a choice to go against God, and that he appears to preside over a place where unsaved sould will be suffering. Also, Hell is described as a place of suffering and pain. So you would think this is what any being there will be going through.

And... is there any chance for Satan to be redeemed and forgiven?

good question... well if satan exists, we need someone to run hell, so it wont break loose, so i doubt it. plus we also need someone to blame for evil etc. so no

I'm not known for being a religious person so this is my disclaimer.

I guess it depends on which version of hell do you believe in. There is the version where people get torture all the time for all eternity. This is better known as Dante's hell which was conceive in the middle ages.Other religions have a somewhat similar version but you don't stay there forever. You just pay depending on your crime. So, a petty thieves will pay less time than a rapist/murderer. They also think that eventually you do ascend to heaven. There is another version of what hell is. This version says that hell is the absence of God or being away from God. So, if you accept this version then yes, the devil does suffers because he is in the absence of God. However, big daddy (GOD) does visits the devil or at least keeps in touch with the guy. Proof of this is the story of Jobs in the bible. Thats the guy that went through a lot of tragedy because the devil made a wager with God that jobs would deny him and curse him if things went awry in his life.

The question if the Devil can be forgiven is a good one. If God is all love then I don't see why he couldn't forgive the devil. but, I'm no theologist so I would like to hear from our fellow christians on this one.

On a sarcastic note here is how the devil would be forgiven. The devil would first have to repent. Then he would have to go to church every sunday and pay 10% of his income. Finally he would have to accept Jesus christ as his saviour. Oh but there is one more catch. He would have to join the correct church. cause all the other ones are wrong. He'll get it right in about a few thousand years hahaha.

Well, according to revelations, Satan has never been to Hell. I use revelations because this is the main reference for Satan other than when Lucifer was cast out of Heaven for trying to revolt against God. There is nothing that states that he was cast into Hell. It does state in revelations that one will come and bind him in chains and throw him into the abyss, locking him in there for 1000 years. Until then, Satan roams quite freely across the land. At least according to revelation. So, there is the skinny. I hope this doesn't upset you. I think that any being can be redeemed for past mistakes, but that would entail admitting that they were mistakes, and if Satan is as bad as all the descriptions say, I doubt he will be admitting that anything he has ever done was a mistake. That would mean that he would have to call himself wrong, and in Satan's eyes, he is God, and God is wrong. That is the deal with Satan. He has a backwards perspective. Where Yeshua comes into this is as God's ultimate humble servant, the opposite of the rebellious boisterous child Lucifer. That is why I feel that God is more of a balance point like the Force. Satan is the champion for evil, Yeshua is the champion for good, and God is that which flows through both. God exists within both good and evil, otherwise evil could not exist :). And yes, I feel you can redeem yourself from Hell, much in the same way the Lucifer could redeem himself. It's all about admitting your mistakes. That is the way it works :). I hope this helped clear things up for you :).

Satan is not suffering in Hell. If you read Job chapters 1 and 2, you'll find him having free access to God in heaven. In Revelation 12:10 we find Satan "the accuser of our brethren" still in the presence of God blaming Christians of all sorts of things. Satan will later be thrown into the abyss (the bottomless pit), but not until after Christ returns. See Revelation 20:1-3 for this.

I've wondered the last question before, but the bible leaves so few details i dont think he can. And God is the one who all correct so if he/she says people that disobey him go to hell than he/she is right. I think Satan is suffering. Satan obviously wants to be the most powerful but knows she'll/he'll never be at the top.

Jesus said He beheld Satan as lightning flashed as he fell to the earth.Yes he is suffering! He was described as one of Gods most beautiful angels.God gave him all that his heart could desire and yet he wanted more.Satan can never be redeemed for his judgment has already been handed out.Satan, the false prophets, and all those who are not written in the Book of Life will one day be thrown into the bottomless pit and never be heard from again.

Satan is not evil he is doing gods work. He is considered the angel of temptation. If you pass his tests you go to heaven. Hell does not exist. Never does god or Jesus condemn people to be tortured for all eternity. What god or Jesus does is give you unlimited attempts at forgiveness. If you don't seek forgiveness at the end of the world you will be destroyed with the rest of the world. All people in good standing go to heaven.

For reference on the end of the world check the Book of Revelations written by John in the New testament.

Satan sightings He lived in the garden of Eden with Adam and eve.
In the Book of Job He and god are conversing about Job's life.
He only tempts Jesus never causes him any harm, in fact he helped to seal the fact that Jesus deserved to go to heaven.

Man can not understand God's promise and interprets in his own way. A god of Love would not torture you forever.

No, he is not suffering. I have seen Him a lot of time like you do, in the mirror and in the pocket of anyone, I have seen Him in the Policy that insure anything but the light, the peace or the spring.
I have seen Him walking beside me, messuring the moral and the boobs, deciding the happiness, justice, honor and ideas.
So... he's happy, helping me to write this answer.

very very good question,if GOD is all foregiving than I would say yes, however who would be the conveyer of good news, and let the world know, nowadays people or anyone who would dare speak up would more than likely be considered crazy.
If I were you I would find an online ministry or online clergyman preist or rabbi , and e-mail them your inquiry, and get as many unbiased answers as you can ,and see where that leads you.
I plan on asking my minister this intruiging question as well.

Very well and thought out question.

I never would of thought about looking at it from this point of view.

My guess would be everlasting life for all of us than.
