Please don't tell me how I should save up or anything bull like that. I need to move the **** out and now! How much do I need to make to afford a one bedroom one bath apartment in a SAFE neighborhood. I am looking at places like AZ, Chicago, Fort Worth, TX, and Atlanta, GA. Any help on SALARY expectations, are greatly appreciated.

Go to Rent.com and look up apartment prices in the places in which you would like to move. Thee is also a section on thier website that tells you what price apartment will fit your salary.
If you don't know anyone in those cities, look on roomates.com and contemplate living with someone else until you can save some cash for deposits, etc. for an apt.
it does depend on the town before the "salary expectations" questions could be answered.
Good luck to you!!

Wow - looks like you are taking a chance of moving to a city that may not be close to where you live. Sounds like you want to live in a cool city, but you want to move NOW. Dont you know that moving takes planning and you just dont 'up and leave' on the spur of the moment? Whats wrong with where you live?

As for salary ... what the heck do you do? You and I have two different jobs and I know there is a difference in salary. I know that and I dont live in one of the cities you mentioned. Dont you have family or friends that live nearby that you can move in with? :: sigh ::

Please realize that you will need a bundle of cash in order to even make the move, at least a couple of grand, that is even if you have a job lined up
