Lowes and Home Depot both sell granite counter tops in a wide array of colors. They will also install though in my experience they charge far more for installation than is reasonable. A local granite/marble/tile dealer will carry granite as well and most of the ones in my area will measure, make all the necessary cuts (for a sink, etc), and install for far less than Lowes or Home Depot.

Granite tops are usually sized and made to fit the vanity in question. Look in the phone book or on the internet. But be careful you get what you pay for.
