Go to an Urgent Care Center to be evaluated if you are frightened about what is going on. You could have a virus, but if you are really concerned, you need to see a professional.

Like the others have said, there are a number of things that can be causing your problems. You definitely need to go to a doctor, clinic, or hospital. It could be something very serious that could become life-threatening or could be something minor and easily fixed. Yes, allergies and sinus problems can make you feel that way if they are bad enough, but it could be more serious like dehydration or warning signs of a stroke or a heart condition. It could also be low blood sugar. All of these things can and usually do get worse if left untreated. A sinus infection can make you much sicker...but if it is a heart or brain condition or major internal infection, you could die if you don't get help. Even if you feel like you are dehydrated, you still need medical attention because you may have a major electrolyte imbalance that can be dangerous and even fatal if not treated. It can cause heart failure and can cause other organs to shut down like your kidneys and slow your brain function. Please see a doctor so you can know what is wrong and how to treat it. THE SOONER THE BETTER! Good luck.

If your breathing fast (hyperventilation) then don't worry you will eventually pass out. Be near somone so they may put you in a safe postion on the floor to facilitate an open airway, (american Heart Association recovery position) By doing this someone can call 911 when neccessarry and keep you from harming yourself if you have any seizure activity from the hypoxia to the brain that you are causing. And if you get this awnser in time prior to passing out slow your breathing down by obtainging a brown paper bag and breathing into it. it make you stop blowing off all your co2 and helps slow your breathing down. Other than hyperventilation if you are experiencing pains that are radiating into neck or down your arms from your chest and moist and clamy feeling you might be experiencing a heart attack and need to call 911 or closest appropriate ambulance.

Could be one of many things. How long have you felt like this? Have you eaten? Lack of sugar would make you dizzy. If you're really feeling bad then you need to call the dr or go to the hospital x

Sounds like allergies to me, I get the same way when pollen and pollution is really bad, and sometimes upon arriving to a new location. Other than that, it could be many things, if you are a drug user, I would also highly suggest that could be the problem.

It might be dehydration. But dizziness and weakness can be symptoms for a lot of different diseases or ailments. You should get to a doctor.

Possible panic attack! But it could be anemia, and if you have numbness, then call 911 now, even if it went away, could be huge pre-heart symptoms. Please if nothing else, call your doctor or go to a doc in the box.
