my breasts are heavy i want to redues it how can i? I need really help can anybody give me good saggastions or excersie plz

I am also interested in something like this...if I lose weight overall, I'll lose a little bit of my chest too, but that doesn't correct the sagginess.

As far as I know, if the sagginess is really noticeable (i.e., your breast looks like an apple in a tube sock), the only thing you can do is have breast reduction surgery. Even this, I'm told, won't make them perky. This will just make them smaller. The only way to make them perky again once gravity does it's evil, is to get implants. My thinking is, I'm already huge enough, the last freaking thing I want is implants!

But the doctors say that's the only real way to bring them 'up' again. I did have a friend who was truly, obscenely huge, and she had reduction surgery without getting implants. So she still couldn't go out without a bra, but the size was much more manageable.

So it depends on your goal. If you just want them smaller, weight loss might be a good start, or if you're already at your ideal weight, reduction surgery might be worth looking into.

If you want them smaller and perkier, looks like implants are it.

If your situation isn't that extreme, I'd say do some work on your pectoral muscles, that will help a *little* bit, and don't go out without good support, or exercise without support, as you'll only be helping gravity along.

If you want to reduce the size of your breasts naturally, you can start by wearing a minimizer bra - that will reduce the appearance & help hold them in place better.
Also, some exercises you can do are 'decline benchpresses' & 'decline butterflies' along with push ups. These exercises will help tighten up the chest muscles & burn off some of the volume. Use low weight & do high reps (20-30 reps) of each, for 4 sets, 3 times a week. This should help.

There is nothing like "heavy" . You need some exercise and YOGA to tone your enire body. Things would be absolutely okay after you exercise regulary.
Wear correct size of Bra so that your breasts dont sag.

There are scientifically no excercise for breast reduction or enlargement cream or oitment.... the best thing to do is consult a physician or a doctor. Breast reduction sugery is not very expensive.

Please do not try any stunts with your body.

You need to go to a doctor for a breast reduction. That's the only way you can make them smaller. Or you can buy a compression bra to make them appear smaller if that's what you want.

i don't know how big you are, but im a DD...and i just strap my buddies down--all my bras have thick bands.

and actually, i've lost weight 20lbs, and my bra size hasn't changed too much (i don't fill out a DD, but they're still too big for a D).

so if it's really bothering you (you're having back problems), then you should seriously look into surgery. a girl i knew did it (much to her husband's disappointment) and she feels great now--no backaches, and she feels more confident about her body

You should exercise because it might just be fat and if that doesn't work u might wanna think about plastic surgery but if you REALLY wanna lose that weight u can take drastic measures and go under the knife

Hard to answer, not sure exactly what you look like. But I do know that if you are heavyset, losing weight will DEFINETELY reduce them, considering breasts are made up of mostly body fat.

Try losing some weight. I'm not suggesting you're fat, but I tend to go down bra sizes when I lose weight.

If you workout and loose some weight off your regular body, your boobs tend to get smaller too! They also look way better!
