NO, but it can give you an ulcer in your mouth that will hurt really bad. Asprin can cause ulcers in the stomach if you dont' eat food and it can also cause an ulcer in your mouth if you put it in the mouth and let it soak/dissolve. Teeth do not have pain receptors so pain meds don't help a lot. Teeth have pressure receptors so when you develop an infection the larger the infection, the more pressure, the more pain. Only an antibiotic helps.

no but powedered cloves will. Cloves contain natural benzocaine, the same freezing susbtance that dentists use .
