youre still very young, thats not fat. you will probably still gain some height.

Look at yourself in the mirror when you only have on your underwear. Are there rolls or pooches anywhere or do your lines flow naturally? Do you look lumpy or shapely? Is your weight carried in your bust? Your hips? Is everything in proportion? If there are no serious "bad parts" you aren't too fat.
Think, too, about your family. Is your family short or tall? Have you started your period yet? (Many girls finish growing about the time they start their first period.) If your family is tall and you haven't started your period, that 123 lbs. may have to stretch out over more inches in the next year.
The person who suggested exercise was on target because exercise tones your muscles and helps keep you from getting the rolls and pooches, but I wouldn't say 123 is fat. It all depends on how you carry it.
When I was 16 I weighed 155 and stood nearly 5'7". I wasn't model thin, but I looked good. Now I'd LOVE to be that size again. I'd be only 10 lbs over where the weight charts say I should be. :)

You are taller than a lot of 12 yr olds. You are not fat, but if you're worried about becoming fat or overweight, then start getting active. Play a sport, dance, or walk to school or to a friend's house instead of riding in a car. Make sure you don't pig out on fatty foods like burgers and pizza all the time. And don't drink too many sodas.

No you are not fat. And you shouldn't be worrying about your weight yet because you are probably in a growing stage and might need the weight too get nice and tall. How you take care of your body by eating right and getting involved in some physical activity will determine how fit you are for all the rest of your life. So think of it this way, if you are skimping on the right food to eat you may actually be depriving your body of all the things it needs to be tall, have nice teeth and great hair.

Not really. I'm 5'2 and weigh 100 and 14 years old. I've been 100 lbs. since I was 12, no matter what I eat I don't get fat. I think its genetic though, my mom's side of the family is skinny. No matter what people say about you though, don't listen to them. I think you are fine as you are right now.

Girrll, your not fat at all.. my friend is 14 gonna be fifteen and she weighs 135 but she has a beautiful body shes a great person, but Im 13 and I weigh one thirty and I'm fat.. i mean i have good skin and legs and stuff but my stomach is horrible. 3 So, just make sure you don't over eat.. and be happy with yourself.. dont think about what other people think. They should love you for being you.

it doesn't matter that's the way God made you so i would be happy with the way i am although i really don't know much about weight i'm 5'5 and i'm 105 pounds but i eat everything in sight and don't gain a thing if your not happy about your weight than run and diet. you will be happy with the results and based on the way that society is that height vs. weight ratio isn't terrible i know much worse. good luck

You aren't. I weighed the same amount and weirdly enough was the same height when i was your age. If you are concerned, don't be. At 12 you are probably about to get taller.

Definitely not fat. Maybe a teeny bit chubby. Just start riding your bike around or playing frisbee or something with your friends. And try not to drink a lot of pop, or eat a lot of candy.

i weigh 120 and i am 5'5 or 5'6. they say that is normal for my height. you should probably start excercising a little more. You are not that overweight but could loose some pounds.
