I am 175lbs and a UK size 16/18. I'm quite short and need to get down to being a 110lbs approx. To get my BMI in better shape. Has anyone got any techniques to stop me from snacking and eating alot healthier. Thanks x

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Try to do cardio whis is running, walking jumping 3-4 times a week and try to eat healthier. Eat alot of fruits so they could fillyou up and wont eat a lot of junk food. Also try not to eat after 8 o clock :)

duck tape your mouth! no really it works or chew minty sugarless gum... bruch your teeth......drink water......find something to do even watching TV ANYTHING to stop excersise is a great way to loose weight and keep you bussy. And telll yourself that i am only going to eat fruits and veggies as snacks AND DONT BREAK IT!!!!!!

good luck i was overweight like extremely and i exersised ate healthy kept bussy and now i have a healthy BMI range i lost about 280 pounds(i know i was fat) but now i am 120! and i feel great.......but it took a LONG time a healthy loss is about 1-2 pounds a week dont freek if you dont loose 10000 pounds in the first week!
